Bankruptcy: 1 Bankruptcy allowed after 10 years seasoning (multiple BK's not allowed)
Debt Service Coverage Ratio: 1.20x Business; 1.10x Global
Tax Liens: All taxes must be current (no tax liens and no payment plans)
Payroll Taxes: Payroll taxes must be current and must be paid through business checking or savings accounts
